Join us for a calming evening of guided breathwork and cookies, designed to help you reset your nervous system, soften the mental noise, and come back to yourself.

We’ll begin with a short, science-based introduction to simple breathing techniques you can use in everyday life to regulate stress, improve focus, and support steady energy.

Then you’ll be guided through a gentle, beginner-friendly breathwork session to:

  • Release built-up tension
  • Calm your system
  • Create space inside
    And reconnect with your breath and body

No performance. No pressure. Just space to land.

After the session, we’ll share tea, cookies, and relaxed conversation, so you can leave feeling grounded, clear-headed, and softly recharged.
