“Play has been man’s most useful preoccupation.” Frank Caplan
Let's play mini golf at Big Stone Mini Golf.
This place is known for its creative and challenging mini golf course, and charming sculptures. It's like visiting art exhibits, in the middle of a field, surrounded by trees and unique landscaping.
After a round of mini golf you can wander the grounds exploring the sculpture garden, organic gardens, life size games, ponds and an open pasture that serves as home to a variety of farm animals.
Check out their page at: http://www.bigstoneminigolf.com
Tickets are $14. Cash or checks only. NO CREDIT CARDS!!!
There is a free parking lot.
Look for our group at the archway in the parking lot (see attached photo).
Gundula will be hosting this event. She will be wearing a rainbow colored bandana around her neck.
After checking in with her, you will need to get in line for your golf ticket.
If you arrive late, you may need to look for us playing the course.
After playing through the course, we may take a casual stroll through the sculpture garden and have fun at the ping pong table and the life size games.
For our outdoor events, no pets unless the event leader writes they are welcome in the posting.
Keep an eye on this posting as the date or time may change due to weather conditions. All our meetups have a minimum of 5 in order to run. Please change your RSVP if you are not able to make it for any reason.
