Astrology workshop 💫 and yoga class in nature🌳, followed by brunch!

ASTROLOGY WORKSHOP, 8.15AM - 9AM, DONATION BASED
Curious to learn more about astrology, how it works, and how to apply it to live your best life? This Sunday, we are very lucky to have the amazing Anna Raight, Magister of Astrological Science from Moscow, join us to run an open workshop in the park before our yoga class.

Anna has more than 10 years of experience as an astrologer, during which time she has founded smart astrological calculations website AstroForYou, authored and produced a reality TV show 'The New Me', and helped countless clients reach their potential. She works with a unique system developed by Sergey Shestopalov, a Russian scientist, over 30 years ago. She will discuss how astrology works in practice, share real life examples and provide tips on how you can improve relationships, health, wealth and find your purpose through powerful techniques and knowledge.

YOGA CLASS, 9AM - 10AM, DONATION BASED
Following the workshop, we will have our regular yoga class in the park. This class will be a flowing, Vinyasa style class, with a relaxing Savasana at the end. The session is suitable for total newbies as well as more advanced yogis - I will offer multiple options for different levels. I am a certified yoga teacher, specialising in outdoor yoga classes. This is social yoga, so it's a friendly and welcoming space!

Please bring your own mat (or a towel), water bottle, and a small cloth to cover your eyes at the end. I'll supply props, sunscreen, repellent and yogi tunes!

We are offering both the astrology workshop and the yoga class in the spirit of karma - just give what you're able in exchange for what you receive. :)

BRUNCH, 10.30AM ONWARDS
Following the yoga class, we'll head to a nearby cafe for coffee/brunch, allowing time for you to connect with new yogi friends. You can also use this time connect with myself and Anna; we will be very happy to discuss yoga/astrology further. :)
