Forest Park Exterior trail 3-6 miles moderate pace

Meet at the Forest Park Visitor's Center. This walk may take 2. hours . I'm aiming for at least 5.5 miles. You can join me for 5.5 miles or just 3 miles if you wish. I'm in a months long recovery period from breaking my foot last summer so this will not be a super fast pace walk. If you want to super fast pace this will not be the walk for you.

Please dress for the weather and wear walking friendly shoes.

Bring plenty of water.

Look for us by the front door of the Visitor's Center.

This would be cancelled in the case of rain or threat of thunder. I'll check the forecast a few hours before but check the event page before you leave for updates. I'll post a comment if this is still on or not.

Please note: I'll have my pup Sasha and she gets a bit restless if we have to wait too long so be on time please.
