What we’re about
LGBTQ2+ Launching into Tech is a new Meetup group with the mission to support LGBTQ2+ members of our community as they explore careers in the Vancouver tech industry, in both technical and non-technical roles.
Who should join?
If you are a LGBTQ2+ person or ally interested in pursuing a career in the tech industry, i.e. in customer support, admin, human resources, accounting, software development, design, or anything in-between, our meetups are for you!
What to expect?
Our first event in March 2019 will allow us all to explore and discuss what we want this group to become and what needs we have related to launching our careers in tech. Expect to share current challenges and get to know each other!
