The £25 deposit will go to your final bill when you attend the event The £2 participation & admin fee will contribute to the meet up group’s subscription fee and payment admin cost.All participants must settle the balance of the bill on the spot.
Deposit & Participation fee are not refundable in any circumstance unless organiser cancels the event.
