As a Level 2 Practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and an Intuitive Channel, I have had the privilege of guiding many people into connection with their higher mind. About the Hypnosis:
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are always in control and aware, simply guided into a deeply relaxed state where your conscious mind can quiet so you can hear yourself more clearly. This is a gentle process and very different from stage hypnosis. It is simply a way to access your own inner wisdom in a safe and supported setting.
