Join us for a leisurely walk at Mungret Park around the neighborhood while enjoying some fresh air and sharing stories with fellow moms who understand the joys and challenges of motherhood. This group is for women over 40 looking for a supportive and non-judgmental environment to connect, exercise, and unwind. Whether you're a first-time mom or a seasoned parent or don’t have children, all are welcome to come and make new friends in a relaxing setting.
