Online meditation is back!
We are switching back to Fridays at 13h, and i hope you can join me!
We will keep a similar format - a discussion around a quote, brief stretching and/or acupressure self-massage, and a 30 minute meditation, followed by a discussion and closing.
This class is open to all levels, and is especially designed for those of you who have been meditating on your own with apps and want to share your practice with others.
Even online, we can create a deeper, richer experience when we share our practice with others. Sangha (community) is a vital part of a strong and rewarding meditation practice, so I hope you will join me and meditate with this online sangha!
I have been meditating since the late 1980s, and meditation has helped me with all aspects of my life. I am now sharing this practice with others. We use a mixture of different types of meditation and breathwork, including Theraveda buddhism, Vipassana, yogic meditation and breathwork, and HeartMath.
