Coina to Almada via Seixal bay

Let’s ride on the south side, from Coina to Almada via Seixal bay.

The main scenic attraction will be the wildlife of Seixal.

We will aim to ride the entire 30KM route before having lunch in a restaurant in Cacilhas. After lunch we will cycle to Pragal to take the train back to Lisbon.

It is mostly flat and will involve paved surfaces for the most part. Returning to Pragal after lunch, we will have the option of cycling straight there or taking the route by the river. The second option will involve carrying our bikes up some steps and then cycling (or walking) up a steep hill.
