As entrepreneurs and digital nomads, we get good at pushing things down. Stress, heartbreak, fear. We tell ourselves we’ll deal with it later, or not at all. On the surface it looks like strength: we stay productive, keep building, keep moving. But suppressed emotions never disappear. They resurface as burnout, conflict, self-sabotage, or that constant feeling of being disconnected. What feels like control in the moment slowly erodes our health, relationships, and leadership over time.

This talk is about what changes when we stop burying emotions and start mastering them. I’ll share practical tools for transforming emotional energy into clarity, confidence, and freedom so you can show up more grounded, connect more deeply, and lead with real strength.

This is a free event being hosted at Seoul Soul Kitchen in Canggu.

## What to Expect:

Sharing your wins with the group.
We start the session by introducing ourselves, where we’re from, and one thing we’re proud of for the day, week or the month. This will give you a glimpse into the other people in the community.

Smaller, more intimate groups
After introductions, we will break off into smaller groups, where everyone will have a certain amount of time to share (3 to 6 minutes, depending on how many people are in each group). This is your time to talk about whatever you wanna talk about. You can vent, share your dreams, or talk about anything else that comes to mind. You won’t be interrupted. You won’t be judged. No one is giving you any advice unless you ask for it.

A chance to ask for something you might need
Once everyone has a chance to speak to their group, we gather back together. At this point, you’ll have a chance to ask the entire community for something you might need – advice, a professional connection, or a hug.

Time after the meeting to connect deeper
Our meeting will be roughly 2 hours. After that, you are free to mingle and connect on a deeper level with someone(s) in the community.

Although this is a two hour meeting, many people have stayed and talked with each other for hours afterwards because of the bonds they made. We recommend keeping your schedule free for some time after the meeting to give you the option of staying longer.
