Welcome to Joiner, a weekly meetup for B2B founders, freelancers, and operators who want to build partnerships and referrals through better conversations, not bigger rooms.

### How the evening works

We start with a short welcome and a brief overview of what we’ve learned about scaling through partnerships and referrals.
From there, we organise the room into small, highly relevant group conversations based on shared Ideal Client Profiles. These are shaped around things like:

• Company size
• Business stage

This helps ensure the conversations you have are relevant and useful, rather than random.
After the structured portion, there is relaxed time to continue conversations, make introductions, and follow up with people you want to explore partnerships or referrals with.
