Join parliamentary tour guide Nick Richmond on an explosive journey to uncover the dark and politically charged story of Guy Fawkes . Starting at the Tower Of London , where a man calling himself John Johnson was tortured for days into revealing his true name , to the Houses Of Parliament , where Guy Fawkes and his Catholic conspirators hid 36 barrels of gunpowder and was tried for treason in Westminster Hall .
We will meet at Tower Hill Tube station and then go by river to the Palace Of Westminster on a Thames Clipper ( you can use a card to tap in and out as you would on the Underground ).
IMPORTANT - I will be in the station atrium as there are three exits . You will recognise me by my long black coat and ipad ( I may also be carrying a barrel of gunpowder ) . Also you will need a pair of headphones as there is an audio element to the tour while we are on the boat to Westminster - you can download that audio file by clicking on the link here

Tickets for this tour are £8 each and you can pay by cash or card on the day . Children under 16 are free and complimentary sparklers will be provided , but you must bring your own gunpowder ( optional )
