6:30 — Start Time Come in, grab a drink, and say hello. No agenda yet, just people.
7:00 — Welcome Your host Wayne kicks things off with a quick word on why we're here and the kind of evening we're going for.
7:05 — Round the Room Everyone gets 2–3 minutes to introduce themselves — who you are, what you're building, and one thing you're currently wrestling with. No highlight reels, just the real picture.
7:30 — Open Discussion Based on what comes up in the intros, we'll pick two topics to dig into together. On the table:

• AI tools in your workflow (Claude Code, OpenClaw, what's actually useful vs. hype)
• Landing clients — outreach, positioning, word of mouth
• Side hustle → full-time — the leap, the fear, the practicalities
• Staying sane doing it alone — motivation, isolation, accountability

8:15 — One Thing A quick round to close out — share one takeaway from the evening, or one thing you'd love help with that someone in the room might be able to offer.
8:30 — Open End The formal bit wraps up but we'll hang around until 9:30 for whoever wants to keep the conversation going.
