π About Your Host
Hello, Iβm Matt. I work as a doctor in A&E, and nature has always been how I reset from the intensity of work and city life. After running nature walks for a wide range of people, I realised something important: group walks are one of the best environments for connecting with new people.
People talk more openly, conversations flow naturally, and you end up connecting with everyone β not just whoever happens to be standing closest to you in a bar.
With so many tech professionals working from home or in hybrid roles, opportunities for genuine connection can be limited. These walks offer a relaxed but high-value way to meet smart, interesting people in your industry while also benefiting from time in nature.
