I’m so grateful you’ve signed up and chosen to spend this time together in a space devoted to healing, clarity, and heart-centered connection.
For First-Time Attenders:
Please send me a quick message on Meetup with your full name and email address — I’ll send you the private class link personally.
This helps us keep our space sacred, secure, and energetically clean. Thank you for helping us hold that intention.
Arriving & Settling In:
Please arrive by 27 minutes past the hour. I open the space for class 15 minutes past the hour, and you’re warmly invited to come in early — to settle, breathe, pour a cup of tea, and connect.
During Our Time Together:
- We begin with a grounding Energy Healing and Protection Meditation — releasing what no longer serves and welcoming peace.
- We then explore our class topic — through insight, dialogue, and shared discovery.
- We close with a Universal Violet Flame Healing & Clearing, inviting harmony, restoration, and light into every part of your being.
