Reiki Level 1 Course, what Reiki is, it's history how to use it for you & others

This is a learning day, relaxed easy going and lighted hearted, where you will learn all you need to start your Reiki journey and receive your life long Reiki level one attunment. You will need to bring lunch. I will provide snacks and teas etc,. And all else you need, including a full Manual. Full details will be given on registration for the course.
Completing the course and being attuned to Reiki level I allows you to attend Share days or evenings, as well as take 'higher' level courses.
