Walk - Burrough Hill

**I RECOMMEND CAR SHARING WHERE POSSIBLE AS THE CAR PARK IS SMALL**

A 9-mile walk starting from Burrough Hill car park LE14 2QZ near Melton Mowbray.

From Burrough Hill fort the route heads east and then south to Somerby. The route continues in a clockwise sweep across undulating farmland via Twyford and Thorpe Satchville back to the start point.

There are toilets at the car park. Parking is £5 all day, paywith coins or PayByPhone. Probably no pub stop during the walk but there is a pub in the village of Burrough on the Hill near the start / end point.
