Warm-Up Paddle: Prior to the 50-minute guided yoga class.
Activity: Enjoy extra time for play after yoga.
Session Nature: Anchored class with boards provided. Improve balance and flexibility. We anchor the boards for yoga and have the chance to paddle before or after the fully lead yoga class. The class anchors close to the dock where we launch from and it’s about 4ft – 4.5ft deep. Take your practice out on the floating studio. Experience a blissful practice that combines balance, strength and pranayama. Enhance your practice, let nature stimulate you, unplug and have fun on a paddle board.
