This week, we’ll reflect on communication, boundaries, and honesty with ourselves.

How does it feel when we say yes while meaning no?

What changes when we express ourselves more clearly and authentically?

This meetup is not about “perfect communication,” but about awareness, presence, and honest reflection.

We may include:
• a short grounding practice
• a simple reflection question
• open sharing and listening

No pressure. No judgment. You are welcome to simply listen and be present.

📍 Location:

If the weather is good, we’ll meet outdoors in the park near Mikrokosmos and sit together on the grass in a relaxed picnic-style setting.

In case of rain or colder weather, we’ll meet indoors at Casino Luxembourg art gallery.
