• The Script: Rehearsing the "Advocate" approach. We don't ask "Want to sell?" We ask "Have you been told your mediation options?"

#### Saturday Morning: The Field Study (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• The Street Blitz: We hit the pavement in North Las Vegas and Spring Valley.
• Boots on the Ground: We’ll provide homeowners with actual legal fact sheets. You’ll watch me lead the first few doors so you can see how to turn a "Get off my porch" into a "Thank you for the help."
• The Result: Identifying high-equity leads that need a fast exit or a creative workaround.
