Get your free ticket (SOLD OUT EFFECTIVE 12-25-2025) and come line dancing together at Monona Terrace and share a drink afterwards at the new One Social food hall, with full bar, located one block away. Line dance enthusiasts Sue Trace and Laura Nyquist will lead you through a fun and relaxed class, teaching some popular beginner country line dances. You will learn step patterns that repeat throughout each song. No experience needed! For women age 50+

The One Social food court is a block away from the terrace. If you park underneath my building, in public parking, at 216 S Pinckney Street (accessible from E Wilson Street or Doty Street), you will walk the least. Or, park at the Monona Terrace lot and your host Cheryl will walk back with you from One Social to the Monona Terrace Parking Lot, so you need not be alone after dark. Monona Terrace is also easily reached by bus lines C, 38, A, B, F, E, and R.

Before it starts, Cheryl will stand with a MEETUP sign just outside (or just inside) the entrance to the event room, at 5:45PM. Dancing starts at 6PM. Afterwards, she will stand just outside the event room with a MEETUP sign for those wishing to go to One Social. Once we find each other, we'll be on our way!

You can get drinks at a full bar and enjoy the view of Lake Monona. If you're hungry, there are also 4 places to get food quickly. One Social closes at 9PM.
