## MH3 Sunday Hash (Trail + Social) — Madrid Hash House Harriers (Next Next Week)

Madrid Hash House Harriers (MH3) is a long-running Sunday tradition in and around Madrid: a social trail run/walk where the goal is simple—get outside, have a laugh, and meet good people.
Each week one or two “hares” mark a route and the rest of us follow it using simple trail markings (think a real-life “follow the clues” trail). It’s friendly, not competitive: some run, some jog, plenty walk, and we regroup along the way so first-timers aren’t left guessing.

A fun loop in the countryside, then we stick around afterwards for snacks and a chat.

Trail-friendly shoes, water as needed, and €5 cash for the week’s run.

We hash every single Sunday at the same time, but on Meetup we only keep two runs posted at once (this one + the nearer one). It’s our cheeky way of staying on the free plan—so if you don’t see dates months ahead, don’t worry… we’re still running. We refresh the listings weekly.
