Why “willingness” matters

Because healing isn’t:

  • perfection
  • forcing

It’s often simply:
willingness

Willingness to:

  • feel
  • notice
  • pause
  • return
  • continue

That’s enough.

We don’t always know what’s ahead—only whether we’re willing to stay present as we move through it.

Sharing is optional. This is a no-fixing space.
Pace is easy to moderate with a few pauses.
