Final Grenfell Place Planter Removal

The planters on the central reservations are not safe to maintain so we are removing them for relocation around the borough.

This is a two person job with power tools after a succesful test with a reciprocating saw on the seized bolts.

There are just three planters left so we should be able to remove them all in this final session!
