This meetup is intended to serve as an inclusive central hub and online meeting ground for tabletop RPG gamers in Maine. Whether you're into getting into character in an RPG, tactically decimating opponents in a game of conquest, or just hanging out with friends and playing a cooperative game, this is the Meetup for you.

7th Sea (LCG) in the Midcoast
Rock Harbor Pub and Brewery, 416 Main St, Rockland, ME, USI am building a 7th Sea LCG group in the Midcoast.
For people who like deckbuilding card games but dislike how expensive the hobby can be, consider checking out 7th Sea!
"7th Sea: City of Five Sails is an expandable card game set in the swashbuckling world of Chaosium’s 7th Sea roleplaying game by John Wick. Players control one of five factions as they fight to influence, control, and explore the independent and unruly city of Five Sails. It is typically played with two players, but multiplayer variants will allow more players to get into the game."
With just the base set (available from Pinebox at their website), I built one deck for each faction: the Castille pirates ("spanish"), Eisen mercenaries ("german"), Montaigne muskateers ("french"), Ussura mystics ("russian"), and Vodacce thugs ("italian").

Wardens of Wildwood (Episodicals in PF2)
Mythical Market, 464 Main Street, Damariscotta, ME, USThough they arrived as guests, the adventurers are soon deputized as part-time guards for the annual Greenwood Gala, a convention for primal-tradition powerbrokers and a festival associated with the Green Faith. The ceremony is ruined when saboteurs assassinate several of the Verduran Forest’s eminent leaders. The adventurers must avert bloodshed and maintain order long enough for the Wildwood Lodge to choose a new leader and hopefully restore peace.

A 2025 Pathfinder Adventure Path in “episodes” adapted to the “pickup” style of Organized Play. Each episode will be self-contained to single sessions, but will follow the story arc with a rotating team of 4-5 players each session, all part of the same “faction”: The Wardens of Wildwood!
Repeat attendance is recommended, but not required. Priority seating to those who attended the previous session. New players welcome! Bring a brand new 8th level character built according to the free downloadable Player’s Guide selecting Common character options for equipment and spells, and equipping them using the Treasure for New Characters Table (Choose: "itemized" or "lump sum"). Players will receive credit for Pathfinder Society characters using the Campaign Mode option.

Connecting TTRPG players & GMs - RPG Mixer

In addition to Meetup, we're promoted it on a number of other platforms - I think only a few folks find us through Meetup, so feel free to RSVP on Meetup, or on the Owlbear RSVP form or just stop by, the more the merrier :)
One of the toughest challenges in table-top roleplaying games... is when you don't have enough people to play one! Let's get together to talk about the TTRPG campaigns we'd like to run or join, and see if we can get some players and GMs connected. It's a great opportunity to meet a bunch of other people who are also really in to talking about TTRPGs!
Beginners welcome! It's just going around the circle and everyone says a little about their TTRPG past (games they've played/ran, or if they're new, how they heard about TTRPGs), and TTRPG future (what they want to play or run now), then at the end, chat and exchange contact info with folks you're thinking about gaming with.
