I began my meditation journey in South Korea in 1999. Since 2010, I’ve worked as a meditation guide, sharing this path with people from all walks of life.
Over the years, I’ve met countless individuals with different stories and challenges—and I’ve seen how meditation helps them reconnect with themselves and move forward with more clarity.

I continue practicing not just for temporary calm, but as a way to build a solid inner foundation.
Through honest reflection and awareness, we can live more freely and peacefully.

The world I hope to create through meditation is one where people live with understanding, compassion, and connection.
Where growth is welcomed and each person has the space to truly be themselves.
