Build a CNC & Laser Cutter... Plus 3D Printers, Quadcopters & More!

At Make-Create we are busy working on many projects, including building a CNC Router, Playing with 3D Printers, Building 3D Scanners, Quadcopters (Drones) and much more.

We've got a start on our CNC Router kit, so this week we'll be continuing with the build. We've got a Laser Cutter/Engraver head to use with our CNC too, so we're super keen to get this project happening. Come along and lend a hand.

As usual you'll also find Make-Create's 3D Printers working away on some of our projects - amongst other things, we're currently building a couple of small 3D Scanners. We're still looking for people to assist with the build of our super-sized, human scale, 3D Scanner too. All of our scanners are based on Raspberry Pi computers, so if you know a thing or two about Python programming, or are keen to have a go at it, there's plenty of projects waiting for you.

Our Quadcopter builders have released their flying machines into the wild. Come along to check out what we've been working on, and if you're keen to build a Quadcopter of your own, we can help source all the parts you need... come along to find out how you can get involved.

We're an open workshop, so if you want to bring along your own project, you're more than welcome. If you don't yet have a project, come along anyway... there's sure to be something of interest happening.
