In this hands-on experience, you will explore the traditional Korean fermentation process and create your own makgeolli step by step.
What you will do:
• Learn the basics of Korean rice wine (makgeolli)
• Prepare ingredients and start fermentation
• Understand temperature, timing, and techniques
• Make your own makgeolli and take it home to ferment
This is a small, private class held at my home, allowing for a more personal and in-depth experience.
Limited to 2 participants only.
Hosted by a traditional Korean alcohol brewer and sommelier.
No prior experience is needed. Everything will be prepared for you.
All materials and ingredients will be provided by the organizer.
No preparation is needed from participants.
