Welcome to SINKS & DINKS!
This group is for Gen X, Xennial, and Millennial adults without kids, whether solo or partnered, who want to connect with other childfree friends.
If you’re a parent, we kindly ask that you skip this one. Our events are meant for those who are childfree by choice or circumstance, not just taking a night off from parenting. (There are plenty of great local groups for parents and empty-nesters!)
We’re based in Sarasota County, and most meetups happen around Sarasota and Manatee counties. Expect a mix of casual events like happy hours, beach days, dinners out, and other local adventures.
Group guidelines:
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
- If something last-minute comes up, just message your host so we can open your spot for someone else.
- Repeated no-shows may result in removal to keep things fair for everyone.
- No MLMs, advertising, or other businesses allowed.
- We are not a politically affiliated group.
We welcome all non-parents regardless of background, gender, orientation, culture, size, or income level. The only requirement? Kindness and respect.

Cinema at the Bay
The Oval at the Bay, 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL, USJoin us to celebrate Black History Month in style, and enjoy a classic film under the stars!
Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner (1967) stars Sidney Poitier, in tale that celebrates courage, connection, and the power of choosing each other. A white couple's liberal ideals are challenged when their daughter introduces them to her black fiancé.
The movie starts at 7pm. We’ll gather starting at 6 for some socializing beforehand. Bring chairs or blankets as needed.
