### Sacred Lounge: Introduction to Bhakti Yoga

Join us for a calm and welcoming Sacred Lounge session exploring Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of connection and the heart.

This session is less about physical poses and more about inner stillness, sound, and awareness. Bhakti Yoga uses simple practices such as breath, intention, and mantra meditation to help cultivate focus, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection.

During the session you’ll experience:

  • Gentle breath awareness to relax the body and mind
  • An introduction to mantra as a meditative tool
  • A simple explanation of Bhakti Yoga in everyday language
  • A short, accessible kirtan (guided group mantra meditation)
  • Quiet moments of reflection and stillness

No experience is needed, and this is not a religious class. The session is open to everyone — whether you’re new to meditation, curious about yoga beyond movement, or simply looking for a peaceful and meaningful way to unwind.

We’ll end with light refreshments and relaxed conversation in a warm, grounded atmosphere.
