Did you know that 5 December is International Volunteers Day? We love our amazing volunteers and to celebrate you we will be providing lunch following our regular clean up event.

Our clean up will finish around 11am and lunch will be served at our meeting point shortly afterwards. Please bring your own water/drinks and we will provide everything else.

PLEASE NOTE the lunch will go ahead even if the clean up event must be cancelled due to predicted rain. Lunch will be served approximately 11:30 in the BBQ shelters at Footscray Wharf.

Clean Up Event Details:
Whether you’re a first time attendee our one of our many regulars please take a moment to read the details below.

What we'll do:
Let's meet for some fresh air, good conversation and light exercise, all while contributing to a fantastic cause. We will be collecting rubbish along the riverbank of the Maribyrnong.

What to bring:
Please bring water, sun protection and wear closed shoes. We also encourage you to provide your own gloves and sunscreen, however these items can be provided for those who do not have them. We will provide bags and everything else required.

Important to know:
Our regular meeting point is in Footscray Wharf near Waterside Metal Art in Footscray. This may change on occasion. Please check the meeting point prior to attending, and contact us if you have issues finding us on the day - 0418 184 457 or 0415 635 063.

Meetups go ahead every month except in the case of extreme weather. If in doubt always check the event page the morning of the meetup for any updates.
