Accent on INTERNATIONAL RECREATION! All welcome!
This is a group for anyone who loves yoga , swimming and hiking and camping. There are all sorts of swimming facilities indoor and out scattered around the region, and we want to have group outings !
Swimming pairs well with YOGA! Thanks to our Body Acceptance mission in our sister group, we're back hosting events you will adjust to well , starting Nov 2020
Many of the trips will include a drive and then a hike, perhaps some overnight camping. It will be a time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and make new friends.
Because of the proximity of four states, MD, DC, SoPa, VA and WVA regional sites will be entertained!
