• Cancellation 2 days or more in advance: Full refund.
• Cancellation 1 day in advance: £5 deposit will be retained; the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation on the day of the event: £10 deposit will be retained; the remaining amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.
