20:30 - 21:00 - Why Cloud Architects Always Say "It Depends" - Nathan Sweeney - KPMG

As a cloud architect, I'm often asked questions about cloud infrastructure, platform selection, and service provider evaluation. And my answer is usually the same: "It depends."

In this session, I'll explain why cloud architecture is complex and why there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I'll cover the key factors that must be considered when making cloud-related decisions, including business goals, budget, security, performance, and existing infrastructure. Through real-world examples and case studies, attendees will gain insights into how to approach cloud-related decisions in a more informed and strategic manner.

Key Takeaways:

• Understand why cloud architects always say "It depends"
• Learn the key factors to consider when making cloud-related decisions
• Gain insights from real-world examples and case studies
Discover how to approach cloud-related decisions in a more informed and strategic manner
