Mary, certified yoga instructor, will lead a gentle vinyasa practice for strength and flexibility. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice. After settling in, the practice will start promptly at 5:45pm. By signing up, you release the instructor, this group, and the facility of any injuries that may occur.
