What we’re about
The ancient wisdom of Buddha Shakyamuni has been brought into the modern world by Buddhist master and scholar, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, to solve our daily problems while on a spiritual path that leads to enlightenment. Hear teachings that deeply touch the heart while expanding our capacity for love and compassion. Attend chanted prayers to become acquainted with the Buddhas who grant us blessings and guide us. Come to our events as a drop-in visitor or stay to become part of a harmonious community of new and long-time Buddhists who put the teachings into practice. Everyone is welcome!

Our focus is usually solely on our self. Our wishes, our needs, our suffering, our happiness. By actively shifting our focus away from ourself and towards others, we can find contentment and strengthen our relationships with other living beings.
