Inner Light Meditation- Introductory Class

Please join us at the First Parish Church for an introductory class on the healing power of meditation and inner peace. Learn a simple and effective meditation technique. Whether you are an experienced meditator or just a beginner, these classes will strengthen your technique. Join us and take your practice to a new level. Half the class time is spent in meditation.
