Come along to this morning of peace and tranquility and learn how to be still and silent whilst easing your nervous system in the beauty of a Nature Reserve.
I will guide you through some tips on Meditation and Breathwork and I will teach you how to use your mind to find your inner sanctuary and how to promote feelings of joy and happiness. There will be discussions on the different types of meditations and what style suits each of you which will be followed by a beautiful, guided meditation to take you on a journey within.
I will give all participants hand out sheets to take home so you can keep practicing at home.
Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and feelings of unease and helps to restore feelings of wellbeing and inner connectedness to yourself.
I am an accredited Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher, and my passion is to help women live their best lives through feeling well and grounded.
Please meet at the first picnic area car park and bring a fold up chair or mat to sit on, a hat and a water bottle.
The fee for today's workshop will be $20 payable by cash on the day.
