Meet and Greet and Meditate in Nature

Hoping to get this meetup group off and running with another meditation event. You all expressed when joining that you would like to participate so I am hoping to see some attendees.

Come along to this morning of meditation where we will ignite our senses and still our minds, finding new meaning in breath and learn how the body reacts to meditation.

I will take you through a lesson on how to meditate and explain the different types of meditation and how it supports our inner wellbeing, and we will finish with some sound meditation and a guided meditation to calm your nervous system.

The fee is $30 payable by cash on the day.

Please bring a mat or a fold up chair, a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
