Over the past few decades, medical experts have documented the benefits of meditation as it relates to our physical health and our emotional well-being. Attend this session to learn how we can leverage meditation to reduce stress, increase happiness, and achieve an overall greater sense of inner peace and fulfillment — which occurs as we learn to identify ourselves at the level of the soul.

We'll also be sharing a simple, yet effective meditation technique as taught by the renowned Spiritual Master and humanitarian leader, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj.
