Would you like to feel a beautiful sense of peace and calm on a Monday evening? A lovely way to start the week...

I'm really happy to offer 30 mins, 1-1 sessions due to expanding my practice, in return for some feedback :)

  • I'm offering 3 free sessions on Monday evenings 7-7:30pm (UK time). So, one person per 30 mins session, over a few weeks...
  • (The Reiki session lasts 15 mins, and I contact you before starting and then a little while afterwards, to see how things feel for you.)
  • We can arrange this via text, email or zoom.

My training is in the traditional approach, following simple and wonderful Japanese Usui techniques which are gentle and effective in awakening us to our own wholeness and natural state of health.

These are very similar to in-person sessions, with a concentrated focus on you, the recipient, allowing reiki to flow for your highest good – for peace, harmony & balance.

If you'd like to try a session, please contact me and I will let you know a little more about this gentle process and guide you through.

  • An integral part of Reiki practice is that there is no distance in time or space for Oneness and healing - this divine energy is always here, ever-present and we can be open to receive, whether we are with the practitioner in person or on the other side of the world.
