Dear Meditators,
Forget the stress of everyday living and come and join us for an introductory course in Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Experience self realisation and mental silence! Let's turn off the noisy radio in our heads and feel the silence and peace of true meditation.

Each session will contain explanations, short videos of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga and led meditations by Sahaja Yoga practitioners. It is a very simple meditation and classes are open to all young and old.

* Free, there is never any charge for Sahaja Yoga classes, we do not pay to breathe, true meditation is within you, it is priceless.
* Chairs are provided as one has to be comfortable to enjoy the full benefits.
* There are no physical exercises, it is purely meditation.
* People can join at any time. Best results are obtained with at least 6 weeks of continual attendance.
* Intermediate courses are available for those who wish to continue practicing.
