Meditation practices are a part of the rhythms The Third Space
At one time our focus was only in Docklands, Melbourne but now with our hub being both "hybrid" AND online we can open our “doors” to the world! Our rhythms and gatherings all flow out of a philosophy of shalom.

We are a beautifully diverse community, including many who are Christ-followers and others with different or no particular spiritual practices. 

Jesus, once given the title Prince of Peace, said He would give us His shalom (Hebrew word for peace) – a holistic expression incorporating peace in our bodies, souls, mind and spirit. When we experience shalom, we experience restored relationships, including with each other, the creation and the Divine.Our community welcomes all who visit just once and embrace all who choose to stay and belong.

You are invited into The Virtual Third Space for our practice of "Christ-centred meditation" - facilitated by Sue Conti (Spiritual Director & Counsellor)

This practice will include some breathwork, silence and readings from the Ancient Texts as Sue gently leads us into the Presence of Divine Love in Christ.

All meditation practices in The Third Space are based on the Judeo-Christian philosophy of Shalom - a Hebrew word for peace.

Join The Third Space Community for Mindful Meditation.
Mindful Meditation specifically aims at bringing a peace to the body and mind through the practice of mindfulness, deep breathing and relaxation exercises.

This is run in a Hybrid format- in the Virtual Space as well as in Docklands, Melbourne.

All meditation practices at The Third Space are based on the Judeo-Christian philosophy of "shalom", a Hebrew word for peace.

The Mindful practice is evidence-based and has been shown to decrease stress/cortisol levels and improve creativity and concentration. It is a guided meditation with the facilitators, Allison or Michael having many years of experience to draw on.

The Zoom meeting will be open from 12pm. If you don't have the Zoom application yet, the Meeting link will direct you to install it first.
