Yoga Classes with Hannah Fitzpatrick on Wednesday evenings at Anam Ashram, Tallaght, 7pm-8:8.30pm.

This is a moderate paced class where we will stretch and strengthen our bodies in various ways, but we will also keep a keen awareness on our breath and body-sensation throughout. We'll aim to increase our connection and our compassion to ourselves, while also giving our bodies the refreshing and rejuevenating workout it adores and requires! We will with a guided deep relaxation.
