This half-day retreat is designed with two intentions:
๐ to fully close and release 2025
๐to open, welcome and intentionally step into 2026
2025 has been a year of completion for many.
In numerology it was a Year 9: a cycle of endings, clearing and letting go.
In Chinese horoscope, it was the Year of the Snake: symbolising shedding old skin, releasing what no longer supports us and making space for new.
2026 carries a completely different energy.
It is a Year 1 in numerology, the beginning of a new cycle, and the Year of the Horse, which brings forward momentum, new projects, fresh opportunities and the courage to move in the direction of your plans and dreams.
This retreat creates a safe, intentional space to honour both energies.
We will close the year with time for reflection and a powerful breathwork release and then shift into softness with yoga, intention-setting and a guided visualisation to open the doorway to 2026 with clarity, purpose and grounded confidence.

Breathwork is a safe practise, but it can be a powerful and sometimes intense experience.
This practice is not recommended for pregnant individuals or for those with certain medical conditions.
Breathwork should be avoided if you have any of the following: cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders or epilepsy, recent injury or surgery, severe asthma (participants with mild asthma should bring an inhaler), a history of aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, lung, heart or spinal conditions, severe diabetes or serious mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.

About me:
I am a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, womenโs circle facilitator, expansive breathwork instructor and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath and their inner selves.
I hosted many workshops, yoga classes and women's circle in the UK, Mexico and Spain. My sessions merge multiple modalities in order to provide immersive experience and make sure that everyone takes value from the session.
My life purpose is to create spaces for personal development, healing and growth.
