This group is for those who enjoy moving mindfully in nature. I am a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and i enjoy sharing the practice of Forest Bathing or Nature Connection with people. Forest Bathing, also called a Nature Connection Walk, is different to bushwalking or hiking. It's more of a mindfulness practice like Yoga, meditation or Tai Chi. Forest Bathing is the art and practice of moving mindfully in nature and letting the healing benefits of nature soak in through all our senses. It's accessible to anyone and doesn't require any previous experience or particular fitness level. I invite you to join me in this practice!
