Winter Florida Retreat At Yoga Ashram

I would like to take a group to a Yoga Ashram in South Florida to Miramar located in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale Area.

we will spend four days immersed in Hatha Yoga. Practicing and Learning about Yoga and eating Sattvic yogic vegetarian food.
