Stephen brings over 35 years of battle-tested experience in security and technology, having worked across diverse industries including Gaming, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, and Retail. A self-confessed security "nerd," he's passionate about building security maturity through high-performing teams, strategic planning, and effective risk management.
As Global CISO at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited (DPE)—the largest master franchisee outside the US—Stephen oversees cybersecurity operations that span 12 regions and protect a digital ecosystem that processes six pizzas every second, with 80% of orders flowing through digital channels.
His unique perspective combines deep technical knowledge with real-world experience in scaling security programs across complex, global operations.
