We are a co-op of solo-healing-preneurs who strive to help our community heal, strive, persevere, as well as be and feel the best that they can.
We offer Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki and Spiritual Healing, Intuitive Readings, Past-Life Regression, Meditation, Grief Counseling, Relationship Coaching, Sound Healing, Retreats, Health Fairs, Personal and Professional Parties, Marketing Assistance, and more.

THIS CLASS IS FOR:
- PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE A GREAT MASTURBATION OR SELF-PLEASURE PRACTICE who want to embrace their divinity
- PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HEAL and are willing to access love and compassion around woundings for deeper self-love and acceptance
- PEOPLE WHO FEEL RELIANT ON PARTNERED SEX FOR PLEASURE AND VALUE and have forgotten who they are as sexual beings with desires all their own
THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR:
- PEOPLE WHO NEED A TRAUMA SPECIALIST and may have specific sexual trauma, diagnosed PTSD, or need to seek other inner work
- PEOPLE WHO WANT A PILL OR A QUICK FIX and who aren’t ready to commit to vulnerable and exciting inner and outer work

- A guided experience into Sacred Self-Pleasure so you can rewire masturbation into a spiritual practice
- My Shifting for Sexual Intimacy Exercise for getting out of your head and to stop making lists so you can set down work and chores to slow down, be present and connect with yourself all so you can relax and enjoy your body
- Follow the Safety Resourcing & Anchoring Practice for anytime you feel a sense of discomfort, overwhelm, panic, or flashback so you can calm yourself and regulate
- My Consent & Slowing Down Rewiring Process for gaining safety and capacity for being present and feeling sensations in your body
- Periodic reminders to check in with your Turn On Signaling System for sensitizing to your turn-on changing and learning what to do if you want to slow things down or speed things up
- Guidance through the 8 Holistic Sex Tools that transform masturbation into an experience of tantric sacred self-pleasure
- The Recap & Aftercare Communication Practice for sharing what went well, what could have been different, and what you need to feel cared for and safe so you can move into the rest of your day grounded and supported
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Daniela (she/they) is a trauma-informed, certified Jade Egg Coach as well as a Sex and Intimacy Coach for couples and individuals as well as a speaker and writer practicing somatic abolitionism and appropriated tantra.Named one of the ten best Sex and Intimacy Coaches of 2023 by DatingAdvice.com, she supports couples and individuals to experience more sex and deeper connection with themselves and with their partner(s) without pushing, avoiding, or performing.
With over twenty-four years of experience coaching people one-on-one and teaching in college classrooms and wellness spaces, she curates exercises and practices steeped in somatic attachment theory, neuroscience, embodied conflict resolution, trauma resolution, and modern psychology and inspired by ancient tantric and taoist wisdom.
Daniela is a queer cisgendered woman raced as white born in the Bay Area as well as a biological and transnational adoptive parent of three.
She lives and works as an uninvited guest on occupied Ohlone land that’s currently known as San Jose, California in the United States.For her, nothing is more important than connection.

- A playful experience of interrupting and making it personal or changing the subject to focus on you
- Jumping in to offer advice when it's not requested
- Intentionally but lightly making the other person wrong
- Listening though planning what you're going to say once it's your turn
- Finally learning how to hold space for your training partner's deepest truths and clarity to emerge on their own
